It’s the time of the year when many people make a point of jolting down their new year resolutions, quite popular and very simple, but hard to keep it.

New year’s resolution is whereby a person resolves to change an undesired behavior or trait, to improve their life or accomplish a personal goal.

So now that new year is here, what resolutions are you going to make? We all hope for a better future and blessed year ahead, and to many leaving behind a tough one.

According to research on this topic, more than 65 percent vow to make new years resolutions but only like 10 percent succeed in achieving them.

More than half say they fail before January ends or mid-February.

Family time is an essential factor that helps to create strong bonds, connections, love and building a strong relationship among the family members. In our modern society, where some of us have to work far from home including working abroad we miss physically being there for them, but the technology has made us to be able to communicate with them and stay in touch. Family time is important to build stronger bonds, kids needs a sense of belonging and security too and as they feel they need someone to turn to, boom! there we are.
